Pennsylvania recognizes Online Co-Parenting and High-Conflict Co-Parenting as a parenting class combined resource with Judges discretion. Please check with your county to verify that it recognizes online parenting education as an option if you have been court ordered to take a co parenting or high conflict parent education class.

Classes may be ordered within Pennsylvania in cases affecting the parent-child relationship such as: divorce, action to modify an order in relation to a parent-child relationship providing for custody of or access to a child. In the best interest of the child, parties may be ordered to attend a parent education and family stabilization per court requirements.

Course requirement for a Level 1, Co-Parenting class tends to be a minimum of 4 hours but additional programs or requirements be ordered. Level 2 High-Conflict Co-Parenting will be either 8 or 12 hours in length and specifically ordered by a court official.
